Refund Policy

In short, we offer a partial refund if you cancel more than a week before the event date, and a full refund (minus a processing fee) in the event of illness or an emergency.
Refunds may be granted according to the following schedule:

On or before Jan. 31, 2025 | 50% refund |
Feb. 1-14, 2025 | 25% refund |
Feb. 15-21, 2025 | No refund |
In the event of illness or an emergency, a full refund (minus a processing fee) may be granted, provided the registrant notifies the Siburt Institute office prior to the event.
No refunds will be granted to no shows, which are defined as persons who register for an event but who neither cancel their registrations nor show up to the event.
If you can no longer attend and wish to substitute someone in your place, please contact the Siburt Institute office as soon as possible so we may make the necessary arrangements. If substitutions are made after February 7 (two weeks before the event), there are no guarantees that dietary needs can be accommodated.
All cancellation and substitution requests must be made in writing and directed to Renee Paul, program manager, at siburtevents@acu.edu.
