Refund Policy

In short, we offer a partial refund if you cancel more than a week before the event date, and a full refund (minus a small processing fee) in the event of illness or an emergency.
Refunds may be granted according to the following schedule:

On or before Jan. 19, 2024 | 50% refund |
Jan. 20 - Feb. 1, 2024 | 25% refund |
Feb. 2 - 10, 2024 | No refund |
In the event of illness or an emergency, a full refund (minus a processing fee) may be granted at any time, provided the registrant notifies the ElderLink office prior to the event.
No refunds will be granted to no shows, which are defined as persons who register for an event but who neither cancel their registrations nor show up to the event.
If you can no longer attend and wish to substitute someone in your place, please contact the ElderLink office as soon as possible so we may make the necessary arrangements. If substitutions are made after February 1, there are no guarantees that dietary needs can be accommodated.
All cancellation and substitution requests must be made in writing and directed to Renee Paul, program manager, at elderlink@acu.edu.
