Special Guest: Dr. Doug Peters

After over three decades of congregational ministry, Doug Peters is excited to join the Heritage 21 Foundation as executive director. The H21 team partners with churches to renew, repurpose and replant God’s kingdom in these challenging times. After starting out in engineering at a nuclear power facility, Doug sensed a call to ministry and pursued degrees in Bible and ministry from Abilene Christian University (B.A., M.S., D.Min.). He has also done consulting work focused on church health, discernment and decision-making. As a partner with Hope Network Ministries, he previously managed the Interim Ministry Partners Division. Doug and Sheryl reside in the north Houston region and are blessed with two grown daughters and a son-in-law.
