Refund and Substitution Policy

ACU Summit, Fall 2024


REFUNDS

If you are unable to attend Summit, please cancel your registration by emailing summit@acu.edu or calling 325-674-3722. If you cancel by October 1, 2024, we will issue you a full refund less a small processing fee. Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your refund. We will not issue refunds after October 1 except in cases of emergency.

SUBSTITUTIONS

If you cannot make it but would like to send someone else in your place, please email their information to summit@acu.edu

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Mailing address (and whether it’s a home, church, or business address)

  • What church they attend

  • Any dietary accommodations

To honor our community facilitators’ preparations, please ensure the person coming in your place is interested in attending the same Summit community for which you registered. To enable our team to make appropriate adjustments, we must receive substitution requests no later than October 14. Substitutions cannot be made at the door.
